Triple Combo Project
Oleum’s Triple Combo project (TCP) is located in the northeastern portion of the Fort Worth Basin (FWB) and the Barnett play. The TCP is a re-development project exploiting Proved Reserves in the Barnett Shale. The project consists of >3,500 acres in the “sweet spot” of the FWB with the thickest and highest reservoir quality Barnett in the basin, at the juncture of the Oil and Wet Gas portions of the basin.
Oleum’s Barnett development plan will capitalize on advancements made in the last decade in frac completion design, significantly increasing the IP and EUR per well. The focus of our development plan is to maximize profits by minimizing capital expenditures with multi-well pads and optimized lateral length and recovery per well.

In February 2025 Oleum executed a contract with Targa Resources to sell the produced Gas and NGLs, which will significantly increase the project revenue and value.
Oleum has economically valuable secondary and tertiary targets to exploit Proved reserves in the Forestburg Limestone and Marble Falls reservoirs utilizing existing vertical wellbores.
